With a month under our belts in Durham, we are starting to return to our hobbies. Dave’s hobby (when not golfing) is playing the guitar. However, with the limits to our packing and carrying abilities, we decided to leave his guitar in Rochester. What to do? Search for a used guitar in the UK! We found one in the town of Bishop Aukland, a 20 minute Uber ride away. After exchanging emails and getting directions we were off to gather the guitar at a rather unusual address: a Chinese take out restaurant.
The menu looked pretty good! And the acoustics were reasonable. Time to try it out.
Next time you have a craving for delivery, make sure to look at the entire menu! You never know what you may find!
